Boric acid, chemical formula H Å BO Å, is a white powdery crystal or a tridiagonal scaly glossy crystal with a smooth feel and no odor. Soluble in water, alcohol, glycerin, ether and essence oil, the aqueous solution is weakly acidic. Silicon manganese alloy particles are widely used in the glass industry (optical glass, acid resistant glass, heat-resistant glass, glass fiber for insulation materials), which can improve the heat resistance and transparency of glass products, increase mechanical strength, and shorten melting time.
